当社名・ロゴ等を無断使用した投資勧誘等にご注意ください
当社名、当社ロゴ、当社役職員名等を無断で使用し、SNS、チャットアプリ、メッセージアプリ、ウェブサイト等を通じて投資勧誘や送金依頼を行う事例に関する情報が寄せられています。近年では、実在する金融機関や企業の名称、ロゴ、役職員の写真、さらにはAIにより生成された画像や動画等を利用して、あたかも正規の事業者であるかのように装う事例も確認されています。
当社のサービスについて
リクイドネット証券株式会社は、個人のお客様を対象とした証券サービス、投資助言、投資勧誘、投資セミナーの運営、SNSを利用した投資勧誘等は行っておりません。 また、第三者の法人、投資コミュニティ、投資勉強会、SNSグループ、チャットグループ等を通じて個人のお客様に対する口座開設の勧誘や資金の預託依頼を行うこともありません。
さらに、当社は、SNS、メッセージアプリ、投資勉強会その他の第三者団体を通じて、
「当社と提携している」
「当社の機関投資家向け口座を利用できる」
「当社の機関口座で取引できる」
といった勧誘を行うことはありません。
そのような説明を受けた場合であっても、当社が関与、提携、承認または推奨していることを意味するものではありません。
当社からのお願い
当社名やロゴ等を使用した勧誘を受けた場合であっても、安易に信用せず、資金の送金、個人情報の提供、アプリのインストール等を行わないようご注意ください。
また、不審な勧誘や連絡を受けた場合は、最寄りの警察署、金融庁の相談窓口等へのご相談をご検討ください。
当社は、お客様や関係者の皆様が不正な勧誘や詐欺被害に遭われないよう、引き続き注意喚起に努めてまいります。

Our Business Activities
We do not provide investment services, investment advice, investment solicitation, or account-opening services to any individual retail customers. Furthermore, we do not conduct such activities through third-party organizations, investment clubs, study groups, social media communities, or messaging groups on behalf of individual investors.

Please do not transfer funds, provide personal information, disclose account credentials, or install applications solely on the basis of such representations.
